nicco Blank
Nicco was drafted in 2014 by the New York Mets out of Central Arizona College. At Central Arizona, he was named an NJCAA First Team All-American and the ACCAC Conference Player of the Year after a stellar sophomore campaign in which he went 10-1 with a 1.29 ERA. He is currently entering his 6th professional season where he has compiled over 200 strikeouts in 175 innings pitched. Nicco’s training has allowed him to reach velocities up to 99mph. He prides himself in remaining healthy, much to which he credits to his training. Nicco focuses on human performance, spending much of his time learning about developing elite athletes. He believes that creating a solid routine is the key to consistently playing well. He specializes in pitching and strength training.

Blake Eager
Blake was drafted in 2004 out of Metro State University by the New York Mets. He played in 6 professional seasons and pitched 333 innings. Of the 1,434 batters he faced, only 72 reached via walk. A ratio of nearly 1 out of every 20 hitters. He reached the AA level before retiring. Blake transitioned from a playing career to a very successful coaching career. He has shaped many high-level athletes and coached many prestigious teams, most notably the Swedish and Russian National baseball teams. During Blake’s playing days, his training focused on body control which led him to have exceptional command on the mound. Blake specializes in teaching the fundamentals and emphasizes getting athletes to understand how their body movements affect the outcome of their efforts.

jared "JMAC" mcdonald
Jared was drafted in 2008 by the Chicago Cubs out of Pima Community College (did not sign) and again in 2009 by the Chicago White Sox out of Arizona State University. While attending Pima, Jared was named a NJCAA First Team All-American and selected as a member of the NJCAA U.S. National Team where he competed against the Chinese Taipei Junior National Team. He was also the recipient of the Rawlings Big Stick Award after hitting for an average of .467. At Arizona State, Jared competed in the 2009 College World Series and was named a PAC-10 All-Conference Honorable Mention. Jared has played 10 professional seasons in which he has appeared on ESPN’s SportsCenter Top 10 Plays. He is the current minor league record holder for consecutive games on base with 75. He is a student of the game. His passion to enhance his knowledge has created a resilient work ethic and a winner’s mentality, which he credits to the consistency throughout his career. Jared focuses on creating an elite work ethic via mindful and purposeful repetition. He believes mental toughness, awareness and preparation inspire the confidence that is necessary for consistent physical performance. Jared specializes in hitting, base running and fielding.

Anthony vega
Anthony was drafted in 2012 by the Baltimore Orioles out of Manhattan College. At Manhattan College, he was named Male Student-Athlete of the Year after lettering in both Baseball and Track and Field. Anthony was a First Team All-MAAC selection in 2012. He has played 7 professional seasons and was named to the Atlantic League All-Star team in 2016. Anthony spent one winter in Puerto Rico playing for the Criollos de Caguas, the Caribbean Series champions of 2016, while getting his Bachelors Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering from the University of Arizona. Anthony’s training leads him to consistently being one of the fastest and most athletic baseball players in the game. Anthony focuses on the mental side of the game as much as the physical aspect. He believes that excellence comes from preparing the athlete for success at the highest level, not just the level they are currently competing at.
